Legal fees for the 2nd time on same case

It is sad to see a bank treating it's clients like their worthless,is over 4 months now wrestling with the same case , initially I involved legal to sort out the matter and bank pay legal fees and my payment was supposed to be paid out to me , to this date I have numerous proof of payment of payments that didn't clear because of their *****ulent staff, same people who supposed to assist keep *****ing funds in my account, 2 weeks ago I had two proof of payment that didn't clear and R2000 that was ****** by staff member, even this week I'm still waiting for another payment that was done Friday, FNB to FNB I believe the funds should be in by now , I need a PHYSICAL WITHDRAWAL Now and nothing else, this Wednesday if funds are not in again we will go back to legal for same case, it seems FNB enjoy paying penalties. People are *****ing our hard earned money yet they are not arrested.
