LEGAL ASSISTANCE POOR

IN 2014 I Signed up for FNB'S LEGAL product, and without notice the name of the product was cancel to FNB'S LAW ON CALL, when i had an issue with a house i bought , they rather told me there is nothing they can do about it, as i was in breach of contract, i must just accept that i will forfeit my deposit. to my surprise I fought my own battles and received at least a portion of my deposit back.. What type of lawyers do not defend they rather give up in defending you. I would like a refund back as i signed up for FNB LEGAL Not FNB LAW ON CALL. I ALSO WANT CANCEL MY POLICY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
