LEGAL ASSISTANCE BY LAW ON CALL
I have been a member of Law on Call for several years.They are the most reluctant people in assisting their client/members.I recently reported a case of a person who damaged my car and refuses to pay for the damage. They promised to send a letter of demand months ago.I have not had any feedback except to say they need the persons email instead of the address I gave them. They always make excuses not to assist clients. I have also never received a policy documents nor informed of their new contact numbers. They do not cover most basic legal matters. God knows what they REALLY cover.I am looking for another company that covers basic legal matters. Their client service is very poor.
