Legal action

On the 10th, 14th and 21st of October I wrote reviews about battling to get something as simple as a letter out of your debt review department. Each time your answer was that someone would call me. Nothing. On the 10th of October my debt counsellor sent me an email with FIY in the body. Your department merely responded with: "Please note we are still investigating the status of the account, will revert back once done." This is not acceptable. 1) I need to know what's going on so if there is any action needed I can action it. 2) I paid off my debt. I need my debt review clearance certificate. FNB IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT IS HOLDING UP THIS PROCESS!!! I will be taking it up with my lawyer and laying a complaint with the NCR if this is not sorted by end of business today. This is not acceptable on any level. You are affecting my credit record and this is really getting to me now. I need ONE letter, ONE. That is all.

Reviewer Update

Once again I'm getting told there'll be an investigation. How long can an investigation take? This is a simple matter. Not something that should take a month? Please give me feedback before end of business today so I can get the ball rolling from my side.
