Left to pay deposit fee
I moved banks to fnb and they were not successful in getting a hold of my h.r after 3 attempts so I physically had to deposit my salary and pay exorbitant fees. FNB says due the indemnity clause I signed they are not liable for any debit orders not switched and salary not switched. You leave one bank thinking you will get better service and this is what happens. This is unacceptable.
