Left stranded by FNB

For 2 days now I’m unable to transfer funds from my Flexi homeloan account to my cheque account. Yesterday I was told they are doing a system upgrade I must try again later. Today I’m still unable to access my money. No explanation no alternative option just that IT is working hard to resolve the issue. Clearly not hard enough because it’s day two with no money.
