Left on hold then hung up with negative account balance sick to my core

Called in a panic as some money went out of my account, a balance I cannot afford. All I wanted was for the purchase to be reversed I mean it's that time of the year where every penny counts. The guy I spoke to was so unhelpful canceled my cards without telling me how to go about getting new cards told me I needed to wait 10 days wouldnt reverse the transaction then when put me on hold for 15 mins then dropped the line. Needless to say I'll be changing banks what pathetic customer service for such an establishment. I need that money back. But you were so unhelpful I'm sick to my core about this
