left me with absolutly nothing

good evening,
I app**** for a temp loan on the 31 October and agreed to the interest and agreed that the entire loan would be paid by the 25 November. I was shocked that when my rental money was deposited in my account they took they entire amount leaving me absolutely nothing in my account. it the 5 November how do FNB expect me to support a family for 20 days with no funds in my account.
I contacted Urie and he told me there was absolutely nothing he could do but grant me a overdraft.
I'm unable to comprehend how FNB are helping me by deducting ALL the money in my account and nobody can help me.
