Left in the dark

Can anyone tell me why #FNB is the only bank that hasn’t assisted businesses with SME relief like everyone else? First there was delays in the system to apply now almost 3 weeks later still nothing!!! All the other banks have already paid out their clients. When you call FNB there is no help and no explanation. You must just wait for the app!!!! Is there anywhere we can report this or get proper assistance??? #dissappointed #FNB #timeforchange
