Left high and dry by FNB

After using my FNB Visa credit card to purchase airline tickets (Taking assurance that I would have cover should the airline cancel the tickets) I am now being told by FNB that they in fact cannot help me at all with my cancelled tickets. Seems all the assurances about support if you use your credit card does not carry much weight. I am very disappointed in FNB, been a customer for over 10 years.
