Left hanging in a foreign country!!!!!

<p>Applying for our residence permits here in Turkey and needed to purchase health insurance asap. Got to atm this morning and cant withdraw ANY of my money, EVERYTHING is offline and NO ONE is answering any teleohone. In fact, the line gets transferred and then just drops the call. This is the kind of help you offer your overseas clients? If I had a medical emergency who knows what the consequences might have been??!!!! Inefficiency and indifference toward your clients shows you clearly couldnt care less about people. So...Somebody tell me when can I withdraw money out of my account!</p>
