Left Hanging and Issue not resolved
I lodged a complaint here and was phoned by FNB on 25 January 2021, a person assigned to resolve my Issue just gave ma empty Promises of getting back to me, (whenever I call she is not available, when I chat with other Bankers on the app they told me that They will tell her to call me, pity She never followed up or resolved my Issue.

02 May 2021, 07:58Since last Year 2020 September turned from pillar to post, Im done with your Bank. I even switched my salary to another Bank, will cancell my account as soon as I get a chance to do so. You treated me Badly.
