Although the lady on live chat tried her best to help i am still frustrated, woke up this morning with an bank account 1500 in a minus cause all of a sudden reserved amounts went through my account for purchases done with a card swipe a long time ago, now i had to borrow money to get through the month. I got paid 1700 and that just disappeared because of this issue, and all i got was a sorry its a merchant issue, if the money is reserved and goes off my available balance, then why does it only go through now and also deduct from my available balance, this is very wrong and frustrating
