LEAVING THIS DISHONEST BANK FOR GOOD!!
Complaint ***
It took me almost 3 weeks to get a response from the complaints department only for them to give me a totally dishonest response on email. Didn't bother to give me a follow up call or to respond to my response. I'm disgusted by this bank. Certainly closing my bank account including my children's. We do not need people who are not bothered with the type of service they provide to us.

17 Oct 2025, 13:56I have been calling their complaints department everyday and I am told each time that someone will contact me or the matter was escalated for someone to contact me. In the mean time they closed the matter on their side without resolving it. I have never experienced this type of dissatisfaction from a financial institution
