Leaving FNB due to their poor service

I want advise from other people on what bank to change to. Im so disappointed with FNB service, its very poor. Firstly i have to keep jumping, waiting 10 minutes just to be transferred to the correct department! Secondly my account has funds, yet debit orders keep bouncing back, and now i have to fight with suppliers for non-payment yet FNB "has a technical error, and it sometimes happens when debit orders bounce back". My understanding is that things are paid up and funds left can be used, yet debit orders are bouncing in the background. Its funny cause the funds come back, yet your available balance is still low, so its like the money hasnt even come back in. Im very disappointed cause now i have to pay back game 2 the next month. Does FNB know the inconvenience it causes people having to pay a debit order TWICE, im disppointed and i will be changing banks!!!
