Leave a customer stranded

<p>My dad is in India. He has activated his credit card to be used there because of the current cash crises in that country. Now his card is. It working and he has no way to call sa. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the call centre and Re and they said they would rather pay for another holdaybfir him than look into why it is not working. Just does not seem right. </p>
