Least innovative bank

I've been trying to open a business account for my second business. Its taken almost 2 months, and more than 4 hours on the phone. Now that I have the account number, the online banker told me I have to go a branch to reset some things before I can start using online banking. If I knew FNB was the least innovative bank in 2021, I would have gone to another bank 2 months ago and would already have a new bank account instead of dealing with this
