This is not the first time....they don't answer their phones and if someone answer they transfer you to another person just to stay on the line with rarely anyone attending to your call . Poor service from our bank which is FNB Middelburg in Market Street who has the potential to negatively impact our business.If you really want to help us you can start by answering your phones.
