Lazy *********** staff

I experieced very poor service at fnb in Queenburgh durban. I app**** for a loan which was turned down due to non-submission of bank statements when I gave the lady the statements. She also promised to phone me but never did. Very lazy and *********** staff at this place. Now I have a hard search on my credit history for no reason. Their was an old white lady who is a boss their who promised me a response by 4pm but never called.
