Lazy staff

I was placed under debt review & in less than a year have settled all my accounts. Getting paid up letters from FNB is like pulling hens teeth. My smart device account had been paid up in August last year & in April I am still struggling to get a paid up letter. Today I am told that there is a credit on the account - information that could have been given to me right at the beginning. Who trains the staff? Now I have to send another email asking for the account to be closed, go to my bank for a bank statement all for a stupip R22 then suffer through another month of endless calls for a PAID UP LETTER. I HATE THIS BANK!
