Lazy, pitiful fnb policies and work ethics

Fnb has too many hidden terms & condition as they explain it but NEVER follow the rules. Always empty promises and taking the redundant route just like the Government. Especially the fact that most of the people that got their job due to their skin color and not work ethics.

We tried transferring a large amount from fnb to capitec accounts. Had lots of promises and it being nearly finished transferring but never happened since mid-way January 2024. Tried the Brooklyn Mall, The Menlyn Mall and The Gezina Branch. All done in the branch itself and over the phone with excuses or some paperwork not being done correctly. Just shows MOST and if not all employees are *********** workers. Even if you have THE highest card that fnb can offer and pay alot for it like the private wealthy cards, the service is absolutely horrible like you're just a normal commoner
