Law on call total waste

This is a useless service total waste of money. I have logged a call with them from May with no response called in so many time only to find the lawyer assigned is too busy to handle the case months later he just forgot about the case. He was to assign an attorney to us but he never called back now my house and family safety is in question I called so many times after going to an attorney on their board on my own they still not even calling their own attorney to assist it's now going into December and still they won't let me speak to a manager these ppl Deon, lbarang, bapami and the complains department are useless. Their own attorneys have to wait for them to wake up and do their job.
