Law on call terrible service

Law on call pathethic service they refuse to asist me and their back office employee Vanessa Mokena shares my work email address with the other party eventhough i only have a private email address noted on my policy. This is against the POPI act and she had no right to do this. Now the other party is emailing my work on private matters just because if fnb and their *********** employees. I am paying for the services of a competent attorney so please appoint one to me before i take fnb to the cleaners with regards to POPI non complaince. This person Also closed my claim without even discussing with me... Such terrible service. I called to speak to a manager ans none available that is why there is pathethic service.
