Law on call still silent on my lapsed policy order

I still have not been contacted by FNB despite several attempts after I reached out. This matter pertains to my defamation case which is supposed to proceed in the High court. My previous Law on call policy was deemed lapsed by FNB and I proceeded to challenge this with the short term insurance ombud. The Ombud held that my policy should be reinstated and my defamation matter covered provided I pay the 6 months outstanding premiums. Please get in touch so that I can arrange for this payment.
