Law on call service

This service is terrible. Constant technical difficulties. No answer to emails. Getting through to them is a problem, when you do the call drops most of the time. The lawyers never return the call that has been dropped. Getting a straight answer out of the Lawyer is a teeth pulling session. I have complained about the technical problems in the past, nothing has been done!!! Dealing with this service has now become a full time job. Something that should take 5 mins takes forever !!! Why does it take 48 hours for somebody to get back to you when you send a email ??? This is supposed to be a 24/7 service!!!
