Law on Call Poor Service

Called FNB Law on Call to change lawyers assigned to me as I am unhappy with their service. The consultant asked to place me on hold to enquire further and left me hanging. I unfortunately did not down his name but he left me hanging on purpose so that I hang up. Very rude and disappointing service.
