law on call poor service

I took out a law on call policy after reading their advert on the website and I thought I was covered for any legal issue I might need assistance, I was surely wrong and time and time again this department has shown me how *********** they are.They have lost documents relating to legal matters their staff are rude and don't give clients feedback after weeks.They look for loopholes to try and reject your claim for legal assistance and these exclusions are not even mentioned on their website. They rejected my claim for assistance and I requested a review as they also failed to assist me in a labour issue I engaged a private attorney who assisted me and law on call after me taking them to task refunded me for legal expenses, they also failed to assist me with another matter and then I approached the company directly and the matter was settled jaco van den merwe promised me he would give me an answer regarding my review and he makes excuses everyday and he is looking for loopholes to reject my claim and is harassing the attorney saying that fnb law on call has lost documents.Fnb law on call is not complying with fsb and I will report this company and expose them.
