Law on call policy unfairly cancelled

I was covered for Law on call policy. For some reason there were issues with my capitec account on 25 June and the amount was not collected. On 26 June I called FNB to alert them that the debit order has not went through, I even pleaded with FNB to furnish me with banking details so that I can make direct deposit but they said no, a debit order will come off as long as there are funds in my account. And there were funds in my account! I woke up on 27 June and still the debit order had not went through. I called FNB AGAIN! And I was told AGAIN that the debit order is tracking and it will go off. Only to wake up today with an sms that my policy has lapsed!

I did everything on my power to ensure that this debit order goes off. It is grossly unfair to cancel policy after I went through so much trouble to make things right.

Granted, in the past some debit orders went unpaid but that is not the issue, the crux of the matter is that TWICE this week I called FNB to beg and plead with them to debit me and TWICE they told me to relax. Now it is not fair to wake up to news of a cancelled policy.

I have an existing matter which is supposed to head to the High Court and cannot afford to lose out on it. It is not fair! I am prepared to pay all the outstanding amounts just like I have been all week!

This was not my fault!!!! It is not right! May I please have my policy reinstated. What you are doing to me is egregious!!!!
