Law on call policy unfairly cancelled

I had my Lawoncall policy cancelled last week, yet last month I provided new banking details to one of your consultants yet the amount was not debited. On Friday I got a call and relayed the same message, I was promised a call back so that my new banking details can be captured and have my policy reinstated but I am still waiting.
