Law on Call not responding to emails

Religiously paying for the LOC insurance but when sending email for advice I get ignored like a stop sign.Follow up email sent but ignored, and these kind of third party services that you inherit will turnish your reputation if not well regulated. Please look into this or cancel the insurance cause I dont understand why I need to beg for a mere advice.
