Law on call just a ****

Fnb law on call is just a policy that doesn't serve the clients who actually pay it. And it's so disappointing because they never forget to debt my account but when you need them the stories never seem to end first they appointed a laywer who never bothered to with my case and secondly they appointed someone even when you go on Google there is much you can find out about them. Now my case was registered with them in around November - December 2021 and they appointed and reappointed after I had been calling and complaining bitterly about the service I was getting from the lawyers they had chosen. And no point was I given the right to choose my own lawyers to the policy cover limits. So yesterday I gave them a call and told them am not happy with the reappointed and would like to appoint to appoint my own laywer of my choice and if the matter is over the cover limits I would then pay it myself and the guy told me they never did it as of the 1 July 2022. Mind you I have been complaining all this time and nothing was done. Makes me wonder which business they really in making money of us or actually help us when we in need I almost lost my life because of matter am suing for so its normal for me to want to want a laywer who I feel has my best interests at heart and vaules me as a client and not just doing it because he gonna get paid anyways!?? Am angry and disappointed appointed want to send letter of demand before even meeting with the clients face to face and understanding what I want through because after all am the one who had a stroke and almost lost her life.,
