LAW ON CALL Is not good

I have been a member of Law on Call for several years. They are the most reluctant people in assisting their client/members. I recently reported a case of a person who damaged my car and refuses to pay for the damage or i can say who doesn't respond to my call . Only that they told me that if my insurance has the other drivers they ll call him/her blablabla, I have to pay the excess of 7000 its a must they will repay me if this person who bumped has the insurance if she doesn't have i will have to report her to small courts. Yhey that was too much to listen to becasue i am paying them only God knows what they are doing. if you know any company that can fight for me when such matters occur in the future please refer them to me. I am willing to cancel my debit order.
