Law on call is it a ****?

Is the law on call that you guys offer us just for a **** of money? I have 2 claims pending with no feedback this law on call is run as a complete circus and you get the worst service possible of you can not service me as a client tell me to cancel my policy as you as a company is inadequate and unprofessional this is my second review here as than only fnb takes you serious other wise it falls on deaf ears but the only efficient thing is your debit order goes through
