Law on Call is completely ***********.
I have a Law on Call policy with FNB. They now refuse to assist in a legal matter which they at first did assist with. They say they cannot help as it is business related which it is not. I have requested a repudiation letter and a copy of the section of their terms and conditions which stipulate their grounds for repudiation. I have not yet received a response after more than 2 weeks and countless email followups and some phone calls. FNB service could not get any worse.
