LAW on Call is a waste, rather pay a proper law firm.

The LAW On Call department is a waste of time. I called them today to find out progress on my request made 2 months ago for some business documentation. The lady put me through to the legal adviser where the call went silent. Their VoIP doesn't even have music on hold or a message to say thank you for waiting. It just goes silent so I didn't know if I was cut off or still on the line. Nevertheless I held on for another 10 minutes in silence until I decided to cut the call and come here to inform you all that you rather pay a lawyer to get your stuff done. FNB LAW ON CALL is a WASTE OF MONEY. Their service is also pathetic as after my request I did not get a follow up call, an email nor a draft of the document I requested. Can I get a refund on the amount I wasted paying you guys?????????? I've heard that NEDBANK is way better with this service so I may consider changing.
