Law on call is a horrible service!

I got the "law on call" service for my business a few months ago and have been paying it accordingly. A few months back I called in to ask for assistance in claiming some funds from a client of mine, understood that the amount that I wanted to claim was less than what was covered on the policy but the person I spoke to literally chuckled at my request instead of professionally telling me it wasn't covered. I emailed numerous times after I wasn't able to get through to their call center because it was always engaged and requested to cancel the service because CLEARLY it wasn't suitable for my business... Needless to say, last month the debit went through and I hope for their sake it's been cancelled for this month!!! Cancel the service and don't you dare debit my account!!!

Reviewer Update
Update is that fnb is more useless than I thought. I got a call to say this was being escalated to the "relevant department" (a waste of my time, you could've just done so without calling with that useless update)... Got another call asking for the policy number (since when does the ID number not suffice in accessing someones account????) and as if THAT wasn't enough, not only has this nonsense still not been cancelled, they debited MORE money and more than the actual amount this month!!!!

I want my money back!!

No one should contact me unless to tell me it's cancelled and my money reversed back into my account so that I can close all my fnb accounts....

I would rather find another bank to work with thank you!!!

Here's the policy number that was emailed twice!!!!!!!!!!!! ***
