Law on call ignoring my case

I have had a defamation matter with Law on call for the past two years already and now it is no longer moving, I receive no updates unless I follow up, lately, Tsholofelo Molefe no longer even responds to my emails!!! I want this matter in court and I do not understand why it is being shelved on the bin. This is not what I am paying for.
