LAW ON CALL FAILS ME YET AGAIN.

It’s frustrating to be paying for a service like Law on Call for over five years and never receiving meaningful assistance when I finally need it. It feels like I’m just making FNB richer for nothing.

I called them for legal advice regarding my Offer to Purchase, and instead of assessing the situation properly, their lawyer Sikho immediately told me, "No, you cannot withdraw, you'll be charged." This was said without him even asking any relevant questions or reviewing my OTP. I had to stop him and say, "Excuse me, shouldn't you first look at the document before giving legal advice?" Only then did he turn around and ask me what the OTP says.

I find it completely unprofessional that I had to prompt him to request the document he should have asked for in the first place. To make matters worse, he was even raising his voice at me, and I had to be the one to calm him down. At this point, I’m seriously losing faith in FNB and their so-called legal support.

This kind of service is unacceptable. If they claim to offer legal assistance, the least they could do is properly assess a case before giving dismissive and uninformed advice.
