Law on call dissapoints again

Again I sit with a problem with fnb law on call not getting back to me. I sent and email on the 14th of August 2020, I get no response. I called today 17th August 2020. Was first told they only start work at 10 and a message was taken to call me back. I called a second time to be told it's lunch time they will take a Second message. Yet still no call back. I am frustrated at this service at this point. Yes I can understand that perhaps it's busy but to send and email and call and still get no response whatsoever I cannot accept
