Law on call Dissapointing

<p>On 2 November panelbeater retained my car as my insurance is being liquidated and they were not paid. I Called your legal advisor who promised to help me.On the 4th i got a loan and paid the debt the panel beater still did not give me my car saying money has to reflect on their system irst.This Monday i called the advisor to inform her and she said it is ******** as i have proof of payment i gave her the numbers of panelbeater lawyer and she said she will try sort this and gove me feedback.Today2 days later no response.no call by ure advisor even though i left messages recquesting for her to call me.I am so dissapointed in your lack of assistance and professionalism.If u cant help me tell me dont play hide and seek while ure the ones who sold me this cover in first place an add to my stresors</p>
