Law on call correspondence delays

I have sent correspondence to FNB Law on call pertaining to the cover of my defamation case at the High court. My previous policy lapsed and I challenged same with the Short term Insurance Ombud. The order was granted to the effect that my previous policy be reinstated provided I pay the outstanding premiums. I still have not received any correspondence, please get in touch.
