Law on call business

Worst service ever from Rorisang from FNB law on call. She doesn't not communicate with me i always have to initiate the conversation! She doesnt honor any request made. Please DO NOT have her call me to rectify this. I was told someone else will not be able to handle my case. How is this possible?
