Law on Call - Bad Service ever

Good day FNB LAW ON CALL Department,

This is now getting out of control..... This is so unprofessional, The level that I'm getting from your team is so Pathetic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is it so hard to get feedback ? Ive never experienced this while i was working with Khuliso Ralinala

A lady took over from Khuliso. She only called me once she promised to call me back 2 weeks ago and she never bothered to call me back.

My case is a mess now because your legal advisors are failing me.

I expect a resolution by tomorrow failing to get a proper update by tomorrow. I will definitely use all social media platforms to warn the whole of South Africa about how Law on Call department service is so useless.

Treat this email as an escalation..............
