Law on call at FNB is useless

I've been a client for years and I have all their products. Funeral cover, law on call, credit cards etc but I am finally leaving this bank after my Law on Call claim was denied after me supporting them for years. I excuse their ridiculous charges and bad service for years but this is too much now. Please never use FNB for any product. Stay away
