Law on Call again

I would like all my premiums to FNB Law on Call to be refunded. I took out the policy for cover and the whole process has been poor.

Firstly I initially asked for a review at my client and they did it and when I asked for a follow up review at the same client they said that it is a government client and I am not covered for that.

On top of that I waited 9 months for feedback from them. I want all my premiums refunded. If only I knew. Actually thinking of leaving FNB entirely. Used to love this bank.

Not interested in any story apart from the one that refunds me for ******ion.
