Law on call a total shamble

Fnb I really don’t know wether your law on call is a complete ****! I tired using my policy after sending what was relevant to Tumelo who mind you is an attorney who can not formulate proper English words or speak properly! Really takes the cake he went on making a issue for things that are irrelevant and in the end I could not use my policy and he kicked the claim for irrelevant information secondly the manager if I’m not mistaken Sumeshan is just as bad as his staff with a horrific turn around time of nearly a month to respond to you maybe that’s why a great lot of the apples are spoilt? Really fnb you are not doing me a favour I am paying for this service and I was not satisfied I don’t not expect this from your so called “legal” team please stop just getting anyone to do the job especially in your legal aspects if I can’t be assisted correctly a return of my premiums would be great and the ombudsman knowing what a sham!
