Law on Call

Law on Call department. Their services is pathetic. I had a case with Ombudsman and was told that once the matter has been resolved they can action my matter, now the matter has been resolved Law on Call is failing to assist me. I've being paying for this policy for almost 4 to 5 years but after being a loyal client this are the results. I spoke to Onky who is my legal adviser for this case she failed to assist me and i asked to speak to Jaco their manager even today still waiting for his call.
