Law on call

I am penning down to you about the recent problem. I am highly disappointed. I’ve asked to be assisted, with a matter of spoliation in November and I was allocated Attoneys who did absolutely nothing on the matter and the matter still remains unresolved but Attoneys claimed and amount of 95k and it was paid to them despite the fact that I have been complaining about the Attoneys for not doing their job and having to push them using my airtime calling,asking for clarification on documents sent to me and also making follow ups . I have sent an email of dispute last week no feedback was giving to me until I had to make and enquiry about this only then I received a call from a guy that’s handling the file telling me he has escalated the matter and he also haven’t gotten feedback. I was allocated Attoneys in the beginning of my case and they resolved my matter in less than two days but with the resent one it’s 3months,matter unresolved 95k paid to them for sending emails? I’ve literally received 4-5 calls of them only because they had to return my calls🤔🤔🤔They had said the matter was heard in high court but I was never in court. I am very upset. I even find it hard to put my sentences and words in order. I am failing to articulate myself very well right now.
