Law on call

<p>I had the worst experience ever with fnb law on call on Sa****ay. First and foremost when I took the policy I was told there will always be a legal advisory available 24/7 to assist but those are just pure lies. I called their 24hr hotline and no one answered. O called their card cancellation department hoping that they would assist with an alternative number but they told me it was closed. My main concern is why decieve consumers and say your legal advisors are available 24hrs when they aren't. I called on Sunday again during the day still no one answered. This is pathetic to say the least yet every month without fail your premiums are deducted</p>
