Law for all... **** for all... FNB HOW can we **** you

I called law for all for legal assistance and the consultant seemed uninterested and after I questioned why she is so reluctant to assist she says she will escalate and hung up the phone. I called again and asked to speak to a manager and I spent 10 to 15 minutes then got frustrated and ended the call. These people are ******** take your money and when you need assistance they look for loopholes or ways to close the matter so you don't use them. Please stay away from law for all!
